About Us!

How much of proceeds are donated to Oceana?

~We donate 10% of every sale to fund ocean conservation research and projects. We hope to donate monthly. 

 

What charitable organizations do you donate to?

~As our company grows, we hope to spread the love and donations to many different ocean-conservancy based foundations or even broaden our horizons by donating to charities with goals related to clean water distribution or other "DeepBlue" related missions. 

 

Who, when, where??

~Shop DeepBlue, LLC. was launched by a Boston University student in July of 2016. The company is located in Commack, NY.

 

Do you have a customer service phone line? How can I contact Shop DeepBlue?

~As of right now, we do not have a phone line and we apologize for the inconvenience! However, if you email us at contact@shopdeepblue.com or submit an inquiry through our "Contact" page (click here!) we are happy to assist you in any way we can!

 

About Our Products! 

What is your return policy?

~We want you to be happy with your order!  If something is wrong with your purchase, you can email us within 5 days of receiving your order at contact@shopdeepblue.com.  Please include photos of the damage and your original order number so that we can work to send you a replacement item! 

We do accept exchanges for size adjustments.  If the item you've received is the wrong size, please print and fill out this form and include it in the package with your exchange. Read the terms carefully, please: all exchanges must be unwashed, in new and unworn condition, free of stains and odors. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of when your order is delivered.

As soon as we process your exchange, we will send you an email with shipping confirmation and an updated tracking number.

At this time, we do not accept exchanges for color changes.  We cannot offer jewelry exchanges.

Refunds are not available on any Shop DeepBlue item, we apologize for the inconvenience. 

 

I've received a damaged item! Help?!

~If your purchase has a defect, you can email us within 5 days of receiving your order at contact@shopdeepblue.com.  Please include photos of the damage and your original order number so that we can work to send you a replacement item! 

 

I've received an incorrect item! Help?!

~If your purchase is incorrect, you can email us within 5 days of receiving your order at contact@shopdeepblue.com.  Please include photos of the discrepancy and your original order number so that we can work to send you a replacement item! 

 

I love what I ordered! How do I wash it?

~Specific wash instructions can be found on each of our product pages/tags! However, for the majority of our products we recommend you wash inside-out, in cold water, with like colors. 

 

How long will it take to receive my item?

~Once you've placed your order we ask that you allow up to 5 days for us to process it. Once your package is shipped you should receive your item within 2-6 business days.

 

Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?

~Yes, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, another when the package is shipped, and a final email when it has been delivered! You can also check your order status by creating an account with our website and logging in! 

 

Will I receive a tracking number?

~Yes, the email you receive confirming shipment will include the tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time, here!

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

~We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal and other online money transaction methods. If there's a way you'd like to pay that you don't see as an option, contact us and we'll see what we can do to make that possible! 

 

Do you have a size chart?

~Yes! Sizing information is available for each of our products on their individual product pages or here!
